napa, fairfield, san francisco and oakland, very interesting tonight. even though the dew point temperatures are indicating the air is colder and dryer than it was last night at the same time. these are the temperatures, upper teens and 20s, if the winds were light and skies were clear, we would see temperature trying to drop as low as those levels. it's probably not going to be quite that cold because we've got the north winds picking up with high pressure building in from the west that at least in the hilltop tonight will keep it in the 40s. it may not be quite as cold around the north and east bay valleys. wind protected valleys certainly will wake up tomorrow morning seeing 20s and 30s for about 9:00. so we're going to be in this cold pattern through mid morning and will reset everything again tomorrow night on into looks like tuesday morning. more frost. and eventually those temperatures climb up during the day. high pressure starts to build and the numbers climb up. very interesting this morning. we started off in the bay area, 7:00. mid to upper
